Wonderful wedding day

Andrew and I would like to express our sincere thanks for everything that you have done for us from our very first contact to the very end of our wonderful wedding day on 8th Oct 2011. We were both so very impressed and happy with the level of service that you provided to us. During the lead up to the wedding I felt no question went unanswered and you were all too happy to help where you could. Our wedding day was fantastic to say the least. Your reception venue is stunning both day and night and all of our guests commented on not only the venue but how great the food and service were too. At no stage during the day did I feel any stress or concern and I think much of that was because of your service to us. My family too appreciated and enjoyed the way you looked after the children providing them with vegemite sandwiches when they were hungry during the day and they loved being able to look after themselves with a platter of food on the wedding night.

Anyway I could probably go on naming everything that was so great but the crux of it is you did a fantastic job and we thankyou very much.

Our guests commented on the lovely, intimate surroundings of the garden - also your Maleny wedding venue was well sheltered from the wind, which is not the case for some other Maleny venues.

Everything was so beautiful

We would like to thank all of the staff at House of Laurels for their tireless efforts in making our day one in which we will not forget. Everything was so beautiful and some of the comments we have received are that the venue was one of the very best people had been to. The food was excellent and all staff were professional and so helpful. We are so glad we chose House of Laurels to start our new lives together and would recommend your venue to others with no hesitation.

Kerrie, Leanne, Chris and Amanda, you are all undeniably some of the kindest and most helpful people we have met personally or professionally. You all went above and beyond providing assurance, help, support and were always there when we needed. Thank you all so much!

Please also thank the cake lady - although I didn't get to try a lot of it, the layer I have tried was beautiful and it just looked amazing.

I could not have asked for anything else on the day

I loved the amount of careful care that was taken in looking after myself and my bridal party and then my guests and professionals as the evening progressed.

Truly it helped lessen the nerves to have everything go so smoothly. I felt calm and happy heading down the aisle feeling like everything around me was well taken care of.

Please also pass my compliments and thank you to the chef, Pete Mitchell. The food was commented on as some of the best wedding fare eaten by many in a long time and I have to agree. The food was fantastic and I wish to thank Pete for his work on the day. The ricotta white chocolate mousse was simply amazing.
