What we loved about the venue…
the provincial French style of the main house and the gardens. It was tranquil and provided an intimate setting, perfect for a wedding.
The venue looked amazing when… friends and family were gathered around in the gardens, the gazebo was lit up with fairy lights and the love of my life was standing at the end of the aisle smiling. On arriving at the reception we were in awe – it looked like something out of a movie. It was stunning.
The food was… exceptional, from the platters to entrees, mains to desserts. I love my food and everything was delicious! The service was faultless and very professional.
Decorating tips? I’m in love with vintage, country and Bohemian style and the venue was perfect for that styling theme. Rose petals made for a natural aisle and shepherd hooks and hanging jars with florals gave a rustic country feel.
On the day… it was like a fairytale. They made us feel so special and the whole day revolved around the two of us. Their professionalism and attention to detail showed through from the ceremony to the reception.
The best photo locations around the venue… the gardens at the venue provide beautiful backdrops and just a short drive down the road you can get amazing views of the Sunshine Coast and Glasshouse Mountains.
Our guests especially enjoyed…
how beautiful the wedding and reception was and how effortlessly it ran. When you have men say
how beautiful the wedding was, you know it was!
Three words about the venue? Beautiful, relaxed, romantic.
I will always remember… the way I felt the entire day. It was euphoria – I wish I could re-live it all over again!
The accommodation at the venue was
great because… it catered for couples, families and large groups. All rooms were well-appointed and the bridal suite in particular was comfortable, private and romantic.
